On February 5, 2024, was held a business meeting through video communication on establishing cooperation between two friendly countries with the participation of representatives of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Indonesia. Representatives of  “Turkmenhimiya” State Concern, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, and the Embassy of Indonesia in Turkmenistan also participated to the online consultation.

The parties expressed their willingness to join efforts in developing trade and economic cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Indonesia during the video conference. They exchanged views on bilateral cooperation and the opportunities of intensifying mutually advantage the trade and economic relations between businessmen of the two countries.
