The President of Turkmenistan signed a decree on pardoning prisoners on the occasion of the International day of neutrality of sentenced persons

In order to significantly strengthen the unity and cohesion of Turkmen society and each family, guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed to us by our great ancestors, and on the occasion of International neutrality day, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signed the Decree «On pardoning sentenced persons on the occasion of international neutrality day», releasing pardoned citizens of our country from further serving their main sentence in the form of imprisonment.

Steadily adhering to the principles of peace and good neighbourliness bequeathed by our great ancestors, guided by their teachings on mercy, humanism, and beneficence, striving to significantly strengthen the ties of friendship between countries and peoples, and on the occasion of International neutrality day, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signed the Decree «On pardoning foreign citizens sentenced on the territory of Turkmenistan».

The head of state signed the Resolution «On financial issues of the diplomatic service of Turkmenistan»

In accordance with the laws of Turkmenistan «On the diplomatic service», «On the status of diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan in foreign states» and «On the consular service», as well as in order to improve the activities of diplomatic missions and consular offices of Turkmenistan in foreign countries and ensure the effective fulfilment of their obligations, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution «On financial issues of the diplomatic service of Turkmenistan».
