The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution «On the construction of the first stage of the medical cluster of the city of Arkadag»

In order to successfully implement the tasks set in the Program «Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: National Program for Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052», to enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Arkadag, as well as to fulfill the tasks arising from the Concept for the Development of the City of Arkadag in 2024-2052, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution «On the Construction of the First Stage of the Medical Cluster of the City of Arkadag». In accordance with the document, the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan is allowed to conclude contracts with local and foreign enterprises for the design and construction of relevant buildings and structures, as well as the improvement of adjacent territories.

The document prescribes to begin construction work in January 2025 and to hand over the buildings and structures fully operational in January 2027.

The State Committee for Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan is allowed to conclude contracts with local construction companies

In order to successfully implement the tasks set in the Program «Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: National Program for Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052», to enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Arkadag, as well as to fulfill the tasks arising from the Concept for the Development of the City of Arkadag in 2024-2052, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution.

In accordance with the document, the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan is allowed to conclude contracts with local construction companies for the design and construction of relevant engineering and communication systems and structures, as well as the improvement of adjacent territories.

The document prescribes to begin construction work in January 2025 and to commission the relevant engineering and communication systems, structures, internal and external supply gas and electrical systems in full readiness for operation in January 2027.

The State Committee for Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan has been allowed to conclude an agreement with the private enterprise «Ajaýyp gurluşyk»

In order to successfully implement the tasks set in the Program «Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: National Program for Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052», to enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Arkadag, as well as to fulfill the tasks arising from the Concept for the Development of the City of Arkadag in 2024-2052, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution.

In accordance with the document, the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan is allowed to conclude an agreement with the private enterprise «Ajaýyp gurluşyk» for the design and construction of the Art Carpet Weaving Enterprise and the National Museum of Turkmen Carpet and Handicrafts in the city of Arkadag, as well as the improvement of the adjacent territories.

The document prescribes to begin construction work in January 2025 and to hand over the building fully operational in January 2027.

The agency «Türkmenawtoulaglary» is allowed to conclude a contract with the company «Yutong Bus Co., Ltd». of the People's Republic of China

In order to increase the quantity and further improve the quality of passenger transportation services, in accordance with the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028» and the Program « Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: National Program for the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution. In accordance with the document, the «Türkmenawtoulaglary» agency of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers is allowed to conclude a contract with the «Yutong Bus Co., Ltd». company of the People's Republic of China for the purchase of 700 Yutong ZK6128HG buses.

National Action Plan to Combat Human Trafficking in Turkmenistan for 2025–2029 Approved

In order to strengthen the state system of guarantees, ensuring and protecting human rights and freedoms in Turkmenistan, as well as fulfilling our country's international obligations on human rights and intensifying cooperation with international organisations in the humanitarian sphere, focusing on work related to preventing threats at the national level, given that human trafficking is considered one of the most acute threats in the world, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution. In accordance with the document, the National Action Plan to Combat Human Trafficking in Turkmenistan for 2025-2029 was approved. The bodies responsible for the implementation of the activities of this plan are instructed to regularly monitor its implementation.
