President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardoning on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality of Convicted Persons»

Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and each family, and on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardoning convicted persons on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality», releasing the pardoned citizens from further serving the main sentence in the form of imprisonment.

Taking into account the great personal contribution to the education in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state of the rising young generation in the spirit of respect for national values, traditions, customs and rituals of our people, formed over the centuries, in the education of the qualities of patriotism, high morality, hard work, humanism, bravery and courage, the development and enrichment of cultural ties of Turkmenistan with the states of the world and international organisations, strengthening friendship, brotherhood and cooperation between peoples, as well as on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the Turkmen classical poet Magtymguly Fragi, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree.

In accordance with the document, the Chairman of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, General Director of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers, as well as heads of the country's military and law enforcement agencies were awarded the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna»
